ROTM is a celebration. A celebration of all things good and holy, the RII. Every month (or so) we will pick a person and do a little interview and picspam with them. Just people we love to know cause they're awesome!
It is quite a remarkable feat for erica to be chosen as number 1 rophy of the month, given her disturbing enjoyment of Grey's Anatomy and failure to watch Rent. Normally these things would both be Rophy dealbreakers. I guess that just shows how special she is :D Here is a short interview we conducted with Erica.
What were your first impressions of the rophy separately and as a single entity?
Sophy, you were a little intimidating. My first impression of you was at smgboard (omg so old!) and you were so talented. Everyone loved you. And I admired your work and just thought you were awesome.
Rin, I also met on smgboard! I remember your wallpapers very very clearly actually. My first impression was that you were really friendly. I also liked you because of your B/A love. But I didn't know either of you well at all, Prozzies.
Both of you together? = SO FUN

What are your favourite bands/musical artists? And also, what Rophy bands/musical artists do you like?
Right now, I really love Rilo Kiley.("It Just Is" is drilled into my brain right now) I go through many phases though. I also lovee...
choir music, some christina aguilera, some coldplay, death cab for cutie, some the postal service, frou frou!, some dido, and SARAH MCLACHLAN
what rophy bands/musical artists are there? BECAUSEEEE I do not know, unfortunately..straylight run is good. I have.. 2 dashboard confessional songs.
AND I LOVE THE SOUND OF MUSIC. I don't care what anyone says.
Erica, your undying love of Buffy/Angel is endearing. But do you think you could ever love a new ship like housecam again?
I think that yes, I could love a ship (such as housecam) but not in the same way. Buffy/Angel has a little home in my heart. It has comfy blankets and shark fin soup. B/A FOREVER.

Oh wow, that is REALLY hard. I love Canada too much. I would love to travel elsewhere but not for too long.

At this point, the interview was stopped whilst ophy had a little tantrum and tried to call the whole thing off. After much persuasion, we were able to resume the interview and put the leash back on ophy's collar.

Dogs. well.. both scare me.
Do you regularly drink tea or coffee?
I usually drink water, but if I had to choose one, it'd be tea.
When creating fanart, do you always try and do something unique? Or do you occassionally like to follow trends.
I'd love to think that I always try and do something unique but that's not always the case. Sometimes I get sucked into trends and when that happens, I usually stop making things for a while. Then I'll pick it up and try to do something different, which doesn't always work.
What is your favourite lyric? Please name the song and the reason why.
Oh gosh, this is so hard. Like with my favourite music, it changes a lot. For a while, it was "crash sites keep me up at night". It was my personal message on MSN for ages. It's from the song, "Science vs. Romance" by Rilo Kiley. I lovelove all Rilo Kiley lyrics. So, I don't need a reason!
What are you talents?
I play flute kind of well, I'm really flexible and can do gymnastics.
What is your dream?
It might be not possible, but to find a career PERFECT for me. I want to do something that I'll love to do.
